After the tubes.....

Reese is up and going strong again after her second set of ear tubes & conservative adenoid removal. Thank you all for your prayers.

The Lord really answered all our prayers . We were very concerned about having Reese's adenoids removed since they help her controlling her air flow through her nose. This is very important for a cleft affected child. She's still learning how to talk and breathe properly. Without those adenoids, she would have a much harder time. And we didnt want her to have any set backs.

And then the ENT was thinking about putting in bigger ear tubes so they would last longer if the fluid behind her ear drums was thick and cloudy like the first time. We are praising God because the fluid wasnt and he decided to put back the small one. This means less damage to the ear drum and it reduces the possiblity of hearing loss later as a result of tubes. Isnt the Lord awesome?
